The support and feedback for Maya Users is really bad.
Sorry to say but it was ten times better when Octane was still in beta 2010.
Please look at face off, aoktar for example. They are really work hard giving best support while developing multiple plugins.

There is good progress and the node based approach makes a lot of sense, for me as a dev as well.
