URGENT - manuel deactivate!!!

i used my newly updated octane render 3.0 (standalone + plugin for sketchup) at home yesterday evening.

now i can't use it here at work (standalone + 3ds max plugin) - as i can't deactivate as i normally would do - how do i solve this?

Same issue here. Have sent a support ticket yesterday morning and still do not have a resolution.

A license can only be activated on one machine at a time.
A license must be deactivated via the application, before it can be activated on another machine.
(When set to Offline Mode, or when exiting Octane without an internet connection)
Plugin licenses require an activated OctaneRender Standalone license on the machine to function

can anyone clarify what "When set to Offline Mode, or when exiting Octane without an internet connection" means?

using version 2.xx i could work at home in the evening, go to work next day - deactivate via octanelive - and start working.
do we now need to deactivate manaul in the standalone and plugin version?

i have an activated sketchup plugin licens (says octanelive), but if i start sketchup here at home - i need to activate standalone version - but i don't dare doing that - cause i need the standalone + max tomorrow at work :-/

I'm having the exact same issue, havn't been able to do any work today...

By the way that's how I work too - it would be a pain to have to remember to deactivate every time I leave one computer.
Also I usually leave my work computer rendering when i go home in the afternoon, and continue to work later on...
