I can't see any issue with this file. Can you pls provide an exact step of steps I need to take in order to reproduce this issue? Can you also post a screenshot of your Preferences settings too. Here's the file. I've played around with both OcDS and camera settings with no luck. Are we still waiting for the plugin compiled with the official V3 release or are we still in Beta with Daz Studio?
I've been using 3.0.4 beta since february and had no issues with it (until it got deactivated this morning of course),
but I'm having various troubles with 2.25 plugin as well as the two latest Betas after purchasing the upgrade.
In short 2.25 official and only plugin listed as stable is giving me the "too many errors" warning too often now when I installed the 3.0 standalone,
while both Betas (newest 3.0.15 and earlier 3.0.12) simply get jammed and won't render on scenes giving infinite lag as if I had too many items in the scene.
Anyone having these troubles but me...?
My GPU is GTX 870m, i7, Windows 10. Daz Studio 4.8.
Thanks.

Can you post a screenshot of the "too many errors" message pls? What does the Message box in the System tab say? What does "jammed" mean?In short 2.25 official and only plugin listed as stable is giving me the "too many errors" warning too often now when I installed the 3.0 standalone,

This is the usual error I keep getting since I started using 2.25 (Beta 3.0.4 never gave me that). While in both the betas (latest and previous from the thread) it just lags on "Building geometry" (what I call the jam, sorry), and items from the scene never show up, nor does the render start. It happens when I have a few more items then just a model with hair and clothes in the scene all the time. Here's also the tabs screenshot in case you can see if I have anything set up wrong.face_off wrote:Can you post a screenshot of the "too many errors" message pls? Looks like a graphics card or Nvidia driver issue. If you scroll down the Message box a little so that I can see the full content, that would help (the next release will allow you to cut and paste from that window). This is the usual error I keep getting since I started using 2.25 (Beta 3.0.4 never gave me that). May I suggest following the process in the link in my signature and report back.

Ok I admit I never looked what the actual errors are before, these two seem to cause all the trouble:face_off wrote:Looks like a graphics card or Nvidia driver issue. -> failed to allocate device array
CUDA error 2 on device 0: The API was unable to allocate enough memory to perform the requested operation.
Although memory issue makes no sense to me as I've seen people working in Octane on machines less inferior to mine (Asus ROG G750JS with 32 GB RAM, 3GB memory on graphics).
I'll collect the data and send a report. Again, I didn't have this popup error in either one of the V3 betas, just troubles to getting the scene to load in render window.
Thanks,
V.
