So if I understand it right this 75$ combo price will be available on 23rd of May right?
Cause right in the shop there is only offer for v2. Maybe it's a stupid question, but
i rather prefer to be sure than too loose this offer.

no, this is not possible, you need the combo update, but there is the offer for a limited time at 75$ ;)

With V3 do we still need to pay for a full Standalone version for every new slave machines?

If your a recent purchaser of Octane both standalone and plugin for c4d do you get Version 3 for free? I purchased not long ago and thought I remembered seeing that if you purchased within the last year that the upgrade would be free. I can't remember for sure though. Thanks

Nope it will not be free. If You get v2 & upgreade to v3, total price going to be the same as getting v3 right away =) that's the deal, so I guess You would not get any free upgrade =)
