Yes - and memory 11k MHz. This combined with watercooling sounds so good. 30% less power draw mean cooler room. Imagine full chip Ti series with 4K cuda cores. Nice job Nvidia, this time very nice. Last time I was really impressed when a first Titan came out and gave almost two times speedup over 580.
