hey there.
Most of the times i download a material form live DB, so i can study them, i get a grey material.
When i inspect it, textures are missing.
I cant understand how Live DB works... where it saves the textures and so....
My english is really bad, so im having a hard time reading the manual. Sometimes i understand it... and sometimes i dont.
Could anyone explain this to me, please?

Getting frustated with Live DB

Where this happens? On saved documents or unsaved? Can you write the names which materials are working which are not?

Right now its hapenning me with an new unsaved proyect i have openen to test it for you. Just a cube and a light.
Some materials are ok (like the "uneven rock with mortar").
But others are grey and no texture. For example, the "darker wood", "Blood wood", "concrete wood stamp", "concrete cast-in tiles!"....... and more.
When i check the texture it says: "Error loading texture" (its black where i should see the texture: its grey on the viewport once applied)
Then, i check its path with the 3 points button.
IT is trying to get the texture from the texture folder of the Rainasawrus octane render pack (wich i bought yesterday). And obviously, its not there.
Any idea?

It was not working... then suddenly it was working... again started to not work.. and now it works...
Im trying to recreate the conditions where i got the error, to see if its a bug or something i was doing wrong.
Please dont bother with this, ill tell you if i find something.
Meanwhile, could you give me a link or something with a explanation on live DB? So i can understand what "make offline" and the other options work? Im having a hard time looking for tutos due to my bad english.
