Just got my new computer up and running with C4D/Octane.

Trying to dig in and learn the ins and outs. The biggest question for me is the texturing process, specifically light emission so I'm going to be focusing on that and optimizing settings initially as I begin to use the plugin on projects.

These two images are a result of messing around for an hour. The biggest issue I'm having is the intensity of the light emission. I believe I used texture emission with rgb spectrum to control the color but say I wanted to add in another layer on top of the light, like a gradient or other texture I'm not sure how to accomplish that result.
