feature request HDRI rotation control

Hi Sighman,
This may be a Carrara limitation, but it would be nice to be able to rotate HDRI background images increments other than 90 degrees. Seems like other softwares offer
1 degree increments. Maybe there is a work around I am unaware of?

In the Octane Environment Background settings enable and adjust the Z-Rotation override. (This only affects the HDR in the Octane Viewport, not in the Carrara native renderer.)
