I'm running windows 10, R17, octane 3 beta and 2.25 and both represent the C4d hair module perfectly in the live viewer but when i click the render button the hair doesn't show up at all. I've got the 'hair renderer' above 'octane render' in render settings like i'm supposed to but nothing is working. The hair renders so beautifully in Octane but I can't currently use it in my production renders.

Please help.
thanks!

Remove, disable or change order "Hair Render". Having that disables our hair access.

Don't work for me. Any new ideas how to fix this? Currently I'm using 3.08 version

Hair does not appear even if i re-root or re-grow them, in the same project where everything worked fine 10 minutes ago.
Edit: Applying Octane ObjectTag does not help. No difference

Cache it, disable hair in videopost. Try with latest build.
Please share your scene if you still don't have success.

It can help if you drag your hair render under octane render in the render settings.
