Hi, I have an impossible request to render a 10ft size and my system won't just do.

I saw that the C4d plugin does have a Tiled camera system to render big sizes to later post process in one.

Anyone help to achieve such goal in 3Ds Max? I did try the blowup system from within the Render setup but not working.

Please.. :?

Hi,

Think this is pretty easy.

1. Start Manager and Server on your local machine.
2. Submit the still image in your desired resolution to network rendering.
3. In the submission screen enable the split render feature (i don't recall exactly what its called but its obvious when you look for it). Adjust the size of the tiles/slits according to your limits.

Let it render.

Thanks nagboy.. will test it in the morning, meantime I used the shiftlens procedure and perspective correction..I had to render manually all my splits ( in my case 3 ) but it seems working.

I reckon Octane should have such feature although limits are impose in postprocessing too ( see 2GB saving limit of Photoshop ).

Thank you

Hi,

Hopefully nagboy's suggestion was enough to resolve your issue. If not, I will do what I can to assist with further troubleshooting.

Project on suspension but I did use the Shiftlens option to render the height ( in my case the size exceeding my Vmemory ) in 3 renders and then compositing it with PS
