3.0 Student License

Area for student license holders to post questions and discuss octane.

So I read the announcement slides and it seems that you will be offering the $9.99/month license for students? no more free old version one (not complaining)?

to be honest that's better than what we have right now.

Instead of student licenses, Otoy is offering an indie (2 GPU max) license which anyone can buy. you can read the announcement slides here: https://home.otoy.com/octanerender-3-an ... ap-update/

I'm guessing subscription will go online at may 15th with release of Octane 3

The low cost $9.99 subs will be coming shortly after 3.0 is out.

We're finalizing the new backend at the moment (for monthly subs. and credit payments) first for ORC, and then for this.

Hi has this monthly sub for octane plugin been finalized yet, when I posted a previous post a OTOY member of staff got in contact with me and said would I be interested in this offer and I said yes,
however no one has got back to me?
