Problem with Activation ( it comes and goes )

Hi there,

I´m having some issues with my Octane licence those days, i have 2 licenses, one computer is not having no problem but in the another computer happens next, i´m working correctly and i render my scenes, i shut down C4D and i reopen it another day, it appears the window that tell´s me that my license is running in another computer ( and i didn´t deactivate it no from the web, no from the softwrare ), i try to activate it from C4D and it tells me the same... i have to deactivate it from the website, the deactivation sometimes doesn´t work at first time even i do from web....

This is crazy because i lost lot of time just trying to activate an account that i have for this specific computer...

Anyone is having the same issue ?

It's not a matter of me because plugins just rely to sdk for this activation and checking processes. But be sure that you don't change any hardware on PC. Because it can think that's a new machine.

Hi xantirodriguez,
even switching from a different network adapter can cause a reactivation, eg, switching from Ethernet to WiFi.
