Ok same render set up as last post, but now I am getting this odd orange light where the gal makes contact with the rug. Took rug and girl into Zbrush and they are not making contact and when they do its still there? Any thoughts on why this is happening,? Thanks

Swapped that rug out with a diff run issue went away. Only thing I can see is the original rug had some depth to it the new one has no depth.

I suspect the ray epsilon was too high. Set it to manual, with the minimum value possible.

The rug mesh intersects with your character mesh - this results in these visual hiccups.
Try slightly descending the rug or ascend your character - that should fix the problem entirely.
As Paul mentioned, you could also increase the rayepsilon. Although that will visually cover up the problem, it won't actually fix it.
