Hey guys, wondering if any octane users can help me understand this likely simple questions I have.

I have two graphics cards, 980 and 980ti. I'm having this weird issue where I THINK if select the 980 in the render settings, the 980ti is what turns on and vise versa. The goal is to use 980 to run monitors and 980ti to render.

I attached two images. When the 980 is selected, the 980ti jumps to 99% And the 980 goes to 0%.

I could be wrong at reading the info and what it means, but I guess thats what I'm asking.

Thanks

That's know problem and i don't have any solution yet. It's about a conflict between the Cuda and nvapi. But order and names of gpus are correct in devices section.

so if I just wanted to be using the 980ti - as long as that is selected, it's what Octane is using despite it looking like its using the 980? Or should I have the 980 selected to use the 980ti?

I meant that devices are correct in Settings window. LV can display in wrong order.

You can use the program GPU-Z to check your graphic cards, to see which one is rendering.
