I really need to learn Unreal Engine. Never have time for it between all the commercial stuff. :-/

I'm learning Unity 5.
there's a lot of stuff around and it's easier to use. The latest 5.4 beta on iMac retina shines.
I can save Mac os, Windows, Webgl, Android projects...and they works.
I tested also 3d projects on my Nvidia Shield Android tv....they works.
We don't need expensive workstations to run 3d forests...
Look at this demo, it runs on one standard GTX980.

set the resolution to 1440p

Many thanks Rikk.
Because I have 180+ GPU processers in 16 tweaked/multiOS systems - Character limit prevents detailed stats.

When you render just a car, you can go nuts anyway in terms of quality / tech that you can use just to make it pretty.
Pretty sure you can do the same on Unity quite fast too, as long as you have a proper car paint shader.

The Adam demo while being nice are using tools that aren't really from Unity themselves, but done especially for this demo.
They'll get released after Unite Europe, with proper TAA because right now it's just SMAA + reprojection, and finally some motion vectors which Unity lacks ... and other eye-candy stuff.
Unity is great if you don't mind putting your hands in the codes to make your visual things happen or if you have some extra money to spend on the Asset Store.
For high-quality rendering without problems I would suggest Unreal Engine 4, definitely. Pretty things directly out of the box
