Hi there,

I'm working on the Blender 2.5 script and just wanting to give you an overview of the UI.
The panels are one under the other, as the script is fully integrated into the Blender UI, the panels could be unfolded and moved/reorganized.

Perhaps, seeing as how you have the luxury of making the UI as you wish, you could leave out the bits of the usual .obj export that are not relevant to Octane, like edge, nurbs and also make the default settings the ones that are needed. ATM I have to check or uncheck the options each time and it gets tedious. This would also help newbies.
Keep up the good work. :)

Is there any projected date?
Another thing, only generate stereo anaglyphic octane? not side by side?
I really need to resolve this, because I work a lot with 3D stereo, but can not get a good result in blender 2.49, just in blender 2.5

I won't have time to continue to work on it before the middle of august and if things are going well I hope to make it available for the third week of august.

Ditto. I started with Blender 2.5 from Maya. Blender 2.4x wasn't worth trying to learn in my opinion. I still don't know why so many continue to focus on the older versions. 2.5 is plenty stable. At least the training has moved past it everywhere I go. Can't wait for the plugin. This, pie/radial menus and bmesh and I'll be one happy camper. In addition to the new tools aleady in Blender 2.5 Beta.
