C4D Hair fails with Octane Motion Blur

I am running 2.25 R2 and although i get MB on hair in the LV. When i render to the Picture Viewer MB occurs on everything except the hair. This is for a still frame for print but the frame i am trying to render is in the middle of the sequence and so is surrounded by animated geometry. anything in that description sound like a problem ? thx for getting back so quickly

It's not possible to remember every part of plugin. Always better to post some images and simple scene when you have troubles. As i can do a quick test, it doesn't work on single frame.

I'm having this same issue. I downloaded the provided test file and I am not getting any motion blur on the hair.
