Hello!
I just wanted to work with some displacement settings. The displacement has go inside,
so I inverted the map, set the Height to 0,005 and, to keep the rest of the surface on the correct level, I tried to put
the Offset to -0.005. But no result. The Offset only takes whole numbers, no decimals... and -1 is way too much.
Is this an issue of the plugin or does this belong to the Octane Render Engine?
Thanks for help...

Hi,
No answer so far. Seems that Octane has given up on Carrara ...
The answer is simple: it's a bug. You must edit the material in the node editor. Choose Edit -> Octane Commands -> Edit Material in Node Editor. Here, you can specify the offset correctly. (Hower, if you touch the material again in the Carrara editor, the offset will go back to the wrong value.)
Best wishes,
Thomas
