After W7 Reinstall a Ghost Machine

I recently had to reinstall windows and C4D but the Console reported an initialization error and when I tried to post my ID and Serial I got this error:

There is only the one machine so how do I deactivate the ghost?

Hi TonyBoy,
go to your personal area in the upper right corner in this site, then, in the licence section deactivate your licence and then reactivate it on your machine. It should activate instantly

Grazie Beppe,

now it says to wait 49 minutes before reactivating/ I did deactivate both the Standalone and the plugin, is this why?
