Hi!

All of a sudden my Octane menu has disappeared!!! The plugin is available (as master plugin, or the surfacing nodes), but it's not in my menu layout anymore.

The problem is that adding the Octane Menu.cfg doesn't work.

Any input? Thanks!

Oh yeah: deleting the lw.cfg files didn't help either...

Open Edit Menu Layout > Click on Items in Main Menu on right side > Right click and select Import Branch > Find your octane_menu.cfg which Junajo supplies you in zip > Move it where you want it in menu > Click Done... You will find your Octane menu on Items tab in Layout.

While you are editing stuff, add your system specs to your forum User Control Panel > Profile > Signature.. and also pop in Lightwave Plug (etc), so folks know you are a proud Lightwaver. We should all do our part to help pimp Lightwave.

Thanks Frank!

I'll do that! I'm actually fairly vocal when it comes to evangelising my software of choice, especially LightWave - because I believe that all 3DS Max users would be better off switching - but I need to balance my time between the Octane, Kray and Coronalabs forum! :D
