subject says it all, just want to make sure (as I do not leverage this functionality at the moment)..

situation: few(2-3) power users with single GPU (+ one for scree) equiped workstations & single render node/slave computer - could users render on the node (4-8GPUs) together splitting it's power as they would like (2/6, 4/4, etc..). Does that have any downsides?

thanks in advance for any info on this matter.

P.S. if needed motherboard could have like separate Gigabit lan ports (X99WS-E/10G or other server grade mothermoard), if that would help..
