how i can do to upgrade my v1. to v2.

I didn't open my octane for a long time, and when i want to upadate it, my licence is locked to do that.

I don't find a real anwser on forum and google, so i open a new topic about my interrogation.

I suppose, i must pay to update my v1 to v2? i don't find link!
But there 's not link for a simple upgrade or i must order a new licence ?
