Setting per graphics card priority

Is there any way via command line to set the GPU priority per graphics card, like there is in standalone? I'm looking at upgrading my system to a 4gpu setup and it'd be a shame to not be able to use my monitor GPU at all since I can't sett that one to lower priority.

I'm just looking to see if there's some sort of command flag per GPU that can be manually used to set my montior GPU priority to Medium while leaving my non monitor GPUS at high.
