I have a file on Mac Octane Blender that crashes Octane Server anytime I attempt to export it as ORBX or Alembic.

When timeline reaches the last frame, Octane Server crashes.

Terminal reports no errors from Octane Server but in Blender itself the following error is recorded at the moment of the crash:

Octane: ERROR downloading scene file from server. Description: No such file or directory.

If I out put as a normal animation the rendering proceeds fine.

Really need help with this one. Please let me know if sample files required.

Really? After two weeks no reply or help for me on this? I have a new file where the same thing is happening - No ORBX exported and Octane server crashing at the end.

Is ORBX export broken in latest Octane Blender release? Would be helpful to hear some official word from Otoy on this issue please.

I have reported this, although all the devs are busy with V3, that includes Jimstar. :(

Thanks for the update Grimm. Hope a test version of Blender V3 might be coming soon can't wait to test if they fixed this issue on that. But for real work on current versions this is quite problematic. Funny thing is, sometimes the export will work on very simple new scenes but not when I need it on my real working project. So it must involve something in the way my file is set up. I offered the scene for analysis but no devs. responded.
