Just a heads up with running the new 361.43 GeForce driver and running the latest Octane beta.
I had no end of trouble with this and reverted back to my 358.50.
Nvidia Driver update issues!!!

I have trashed the reports, sorry, not very diligent. I will try to remember from memory.
I encountered a load error at start up of Modo/octane plugin. My stand alone version didn't match the plugin/registered version and my preview was black.
Also looking at the logs there were device failures on all of the cards, some really scary looking ones stating critical errors and mentioning that my device needs replacing.
Sorry if that's vague or just plain strange.
