Live DB empty

Hi,

I had live DB acces in C4D octane render plugin till last week and now, live DB is empty.

It works in standalone version.


Do you know why ?

Hi,
have you opened the LiveDB from the shortcut without loading the Live Viewer?
If yes, I guess that you are not authenticated, please close and restart C4D, open the Live View and do access to the LiveDB from the Materials menu, in this way it should work

no no, it's from directly the live viewver.

I restarted c4d and it's the same.

I will restart my computer and see.

ok, I reinstalled octane plugin and now it works.
