Today I had some troubles with Octane, so I reinstalled the plugin and it asked me for my licence. I fill it in, press activate and it says: your licence is activated, restart C4D to use Octane. I restart C4D and check if my licence is activated by sending a scene to the Live Viewer. But there are demo watermarks all over the place. And when I check if my Licence is activated I see it only captured my UserID and that my Password box is empty.
Also, I've got the licence on the standalone running, that one works just fine. For extra information, I have used the 3.0 alpha version on my PC recently, but stepped of because it is still a bit too buggy for me on some points.
If You need anymore information, let me know!

Remove demo plugin from installed path and try again. Commercial version has not any watermarks.

check Cinema4D->plugins->c4doctane directory. Remove unrelated versions. if you're on R16 keep R16 dll/dylib whatever OS you're. Don't delete system dlls of octane. If you loaded from zip file, there is a readme.txt to explain this.Cazure95 wrote:Well, I thought I did that because I uninstalled the plugin from windows and removed any folders that had to do with it. But it is still showing up in my Cinema 4D. So I don't know where it is and how I can remove it.
