Final - gains ?

i've tried the documentation (which is kinda outdated) with no satisfying answer.
do i gain much with using the Final button ? for a while it was wonky and unreliable so i got use to never pressing it.
what gives now with v3. ?

At a guess - I would say the Final mode will be somewhere between 0% and 10% quicker, but it will depend on the scene.
