
I did also a quick sim and found an issue with Houdini VDBs. The pivot seems to be imported on a corner of the simulation container instead of the middle. This leads to shift the simulation during animation. And it seems to be mirrored in one direction.aoktar wrote:there was some mistake on vdb processing for density+temperatures. Also, in some cases the imported sim is sharpely cut. Is there a relationship between the Volume's Object Size to the original VDB's Frame size, to avoid that? And how do the scale work? In Houdini I had meters, in Volume Object I have to switch to something big like hm, while Objekt Size is still cm and don't seem to have influence.
