Error: Tried to start DLL more than once

I'm pretty sure this issue is because I may have had more versions of c4d but I can't find which files to remove. I removed all previous versions, but does anyone know where to look for the files that are causing this?

Can you help me find this text file? where is the archive?

The ZIP archive you downloaded has this file in it. So does the exe version.

I've deleted all other vesrions I can find but it's still shows me the message. I have to click it about 4-5 times before it goes away. I'm on Octane-for-C4D-2.24.2-TEST5.2-win with R17!

Any ideas why or how to resolve it. I was even having C4D not launch for a while.

It would not give this message if you don't multi copies of plugin under Cinema4d->plugins->c4doctane. Please check double times.
