Is This Bad VRAM?

A picture tells it all. No problems normally but start taxing VRAM and the OS part goes dark with what's shown . The LV manages to finish normally.

Using a GF780 with 4GB. Problem occurs with less than 1 GB used.

i got glitched black triangles on mine, not looking good, shuffle them around maybe it helps
