Region Render picture viewer

Hi,

I have a question about the region render. I recently had a project where I had to render a large image (4000x3000) . The costumer wanted some small changes which only affected one part of the image. I tried to use region render so that I only had to rerender a part of the image and just comp the new part in in Photoshop , but could not figure out how to get the right resolution.

Does the region render only work in the octane live viewer or is there a way to get it to work in the c4d picture viewer? is there a way to set the live viewer to a specific desired resolution?
