I just updated the standalone to 2.24.1 and the c4d plugin to 2.24.1 R3 (Mac OSX, c4d R16).
After dropping everything into the proper folder, the Octane plugin is somehow not showing up in c4d. Strangely it seems like if im deleting every dylib except the "c4dOctane_R15.dylib", the Octane plugin shows up in c4d (even if im in R16! The R16.dylib doesnt work for me, somehow!). BUT, there is no GPU showing up in the "Devices" tab – and nothing but black on my live viewer!
I tried it with several older versions, and it seems to be an 2.24.X issue! The 2.23.X versions work as usual!
