If you don't mind some questions-- What process did you use to capture the textures? Is there natural lighting baked-in, or was it compensated for during capture?
No problem - it's clear, I'm not going to tell you the exact workflow - not yet ;) ...but I can give you some technical specs.
So...
first I really care about the light-situation when I record.
second, I have a light-canceling-process ;)
...and to have enough dynamic for that I record HDRs

I've made my own photogrammetry but I never reached this level of details. I'm curious about your method.
I might purchase some of those maps, if they are reasonably priced. 8-)

I try to find the same way like many other content-developers.

The product is so reasonably priced (hopefully), that even when you make it in same quality (and you will - sooner or later) it's a good deal.

A single material needs up to 20hours of work and I'll sell the pack of 26 textures for under 150 bugs.
I hope thats fair - if not I can shot my head ...sorry for that - didn't sleep so much the last month

Honestly I invested over 500 houres of work to produce and test it.

sounds pretty reasonable =) curious will there be a possibility to let's say buy a mat/two or three for let's say slightly more per material, if whole pack is not needed, when You need just pebles for the scene You're working on? (or for the sake of simplicity You're looking to sell packs only?)

Yes of course I'll sell single materials as well.

To make it more tasty I've got a video that is not published by now. I wanted to wait till the shop is online but here it is:

They really look great. Like Rikk I do some photogrammetry but haven't gotten results this good either. $5-6 per material seems reasonable.
