actualy i have a 770gtx, but i am planning to buy another gpu, but there are few things i still don't understand about octane and gpu.
so my question is, what if i buy a 970gtx for example? (the ram issue is clear to me, octane is gonna use the less ammount of ram possible).
can i use togheter completely different nvidia gpu? And if i do are the increment of cuda cores going to reduce the render time in a linear way?
for example 1000 cuda core = 1 min render time
2000 cuda core = 30 sec render time
thx!

You may add cuda cores provided gtxs are base on the same technology/chipset. For best overall performance and data look at
