Hello,
I am thinking about changing my Titan with 2xTitan X. Is Titan X compatible with windows 10? Also, a 1000 W psu will be enough for them?
It might sound silly question, but 2x Titans means 2 x faster render times?
If anyone could give me some guidance on the above, I would really appreciate that!
Thank you in advance!
Stelios

2xTitan X (2x3072 cores) is actually more than 2x times faster than single Titan (2688 cores).

in the menu bar under "Resources" You can find OctaneBench link..that could help You =)
as far as I remember Original titan should give somewhere around 80-90, while titanX (980TI) is going to give 120-130 (up to 150 under water cooling conditions), so in theory & in practice pair TitanXs will be more than twice faster than original Titan =)
In Your case I would leave Your old card for screens & put pair of Xs for rendering =) You can have the best response for UI & then even render with three cards if You have secene that is not bigger than 6GB =)
1000W should be enough even for 3GPUs + system =) & seems cards work fine with windows 10.
p.s. comparing cards from different architectures by cuda cores is plain stupid..- we have OctaneBench, so use proper information.
good luck =)
