Hello
Can i render 3ds max standard hair and fur if i buy octane for max plug or it only support hair farm and others ? I need for a short timed project...is urgent please

You can but it will need to be converted to a mesh to be rendered.

what are the Max plugins that support Octane hair natively?

Hi,
Octane needs splines for rendering hair and fur, if your host application can handle splines, then you can render it in Octane ;)
In cinema 4d for example, the internal hair system works pretty well. Here is an example from another c4d user:
