Build Modifier & Mesh Type?

What mesh type should I set for an object with the build modifier attached to it?

Is it considered a Moveable or a Reshapable proxy? Or some other mesh type?

My object is an extremely dense bunch of planes created by the Ivy Generator add on (the leaves are too numerous to animate with the separate Ivy Animator script so I am doing it instead via simple build).

So, I set it to Moveable proxy and it seems to work well.
