Hi - When I try to render at resolutions of around 6000x6000 (600dpi), octane gives me a black frame after 20 seconds.

When I lower res to about 4000x4000 (600dpi), it renders OK.

Is there a render resolution limit? If not, any ideas?

There is no limit. You need vram as a render buffer takes. Also each render passes will take same vram.

You can calculate it by formula for each buffer
width(pixel) x height(pixel) x 16 bytes
