C4D plugin doesn´t render in Live viewer

Hi there how´s all ?

I hava a trouble with my c4d live viewer, i´ve tried with the demo version of the viewer and it runs OK, i can see the liveview but with watermark of course. After tested i´ve purchased Octane and C4d plugin and i´ve tried to render in C4D my scenes, the thing is taht when i open the Liveviewer the screen still continues Black and nothing happens if i try to render or change things in the scene because it doesn´t run, just the screen in Black. Anyone can help me ?

I´m Using C4D R16

i´m quite frustrated at this moment.

Hi,
are you sure your gpu is recognised? And your account is working? Can i see Octane Settings->Devices? Also what are you seeing in Script->Console while start? And your OS and versions?

Big Mistake from me, i didn´t Activate my plugin, but now that i´m trying to activate it doesn´t let me because it sais that Octane is Activated in another Computer ( That can´t be because till now i didn´t use my username and password as c4d plugin user ),actually this licence is running on the right computer because i deactivated and activated it in the right computer. Do i have to reset something to activate my C4D plugin ?

If not Octane is running fine as standalone because i´ve tried with some sample scenes from you and they are opening fine.

You can deactivate it from Account page in render.otoy.com. It will work so.

Hi,

Ok, I deactivated and wit until they where available to activate again, ACtually i have two licenses for Standalone and two for c4D plugin, there´s still one more problem. I ACtivate one Standalone and one c4d plugin in one machine ( A Computer ), No problem, but when i try to activate another machine with the other license ( B Computer ), the standalone activates correctly but when i run C4D in the main screen appears a message telling me that this Octane Standalone license is activated in another computer, when really is running in the right computer ( B Computer ) i press Exit in the alert window, after when i try to activate my c4D plugin in BN Computer it tell´s me again that the Standalone is running in another Computer. What can i do to fix the problem ?

Seems that there´s a kind of conflict with this Licenses....

Try to deactivate second licenses on Account page and check again. I have many and works on different machines like that. Otherwise please drop a message.
