I'd like to create a softbox effect in Octane.

I’ve tried to apply an image to a light but it doesn’t seem to map onto it correctly. I've chosen light type LW Color/Texture, picked a jpg image for the Lightwave texture dropdown, then tried Texture Type - IES/Float which shows a small part of the image, and then Texture Type - Color which shows the image in a pinching effect like it's been spherically mapped onto the light. I just want it to fit the square light!

Then I thought I’d try adding the image to a square polygon and make it an emitter, like I do in LW now. But when I try to attach the Texture emission node to a material connector it says "incompatible connection types".

I’m obviously missing something, please can you help!
