Can someone tell me if we can export RGB, Reflections etc like vray through octane?

not exactly like a biased renderer, but you can split the beauty in many different passes: There are also Render Layer, Lighting and Info passes

So if i tick them all then hit render to picture viewer, all the passes will be rendered?

Yes,
but the picture that I have posted is related to Live Viewer. You can activate all the passes you want and verify them directly in the Live Viewer. When you are happy of the setup, you can use the "Copy to video post" command for transferring the same setup to the Octane Render Preferences in order to have the same result in Picture Viewer, or making a different setup for Picture Viewer output in the proper tab. Please, refer to the video tutorials linked below by Inlifethrill for a better explanation
