How do I use the skin textures from the LiveDB after I have applied them to a character in the Octane Plugin? I want to be able to have V6 or V4 Texture map from that skin texture that I can alter in Photoshop. Is this possible? Thanks.

The texturemaps are embedded in the LiveDb ORBX file, so you need to "Unpack" the textures from the ORBX to access and edit them. To do this, run Octane Standalone, File->Open->C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\OctaneRender\localDb\MyLocalDbMaterial.ORBX. File->Unpack Package into a new folder. Then connect the unpacked texturemaps from that folder into you Octane material in Poser.

There is nothing in the folder path you specified. Do I need to download the LiveDB, if so, how? Thanks.

My apologies....you will need to drag the LiveDb material onto the Octane Standalone canvas, then save it to the Local DB, then open the ORBX for that save LocalDb file. There may be a quicker workflow than that, but that's the only way I could see. You could also do it much quicker via the LUA system in Octane Standalone - but you would need to know/learn LUA.

I am not really sure what you want
I normally use the plugin, apply the liveDB material and if there is a texture I want to change, i select the image node, then Click on the filename, then click on Select from File System. It will open up the folder where the texture is located. Now I can change the texture or edit the texture (Right click and open with PS)

But maybe you want to do something completely different
