No GPU option for Cycles in Blender 2.75 (Octane version)

Why there is no GPU rendering for Cycles in 2.75? It was working in previous version. There is only CPU rendering available.
CPU – i9 13900KF, 128GB RAM, GPU – RTX 4090
System – Windows 11

As far as I know, Cycles is disabled for the plugin and Octane doesn't use the system preference option anyway?? When I want to use Cycles I just open up the official Blender version.

That is pretty unconvenient. It worked in previous versions and there was no need to open official blender release. I could work on both GPU enabled Octane and Cycles plugin before.
