My Licenses can not be used, the reason may be, I reinstall my operating system, I have to turn to the official website Mail, but did not get the solution, I press the instructions, three hours, but Licenses still can not use, please help, thank you!

Hi, log in to your user area: https://render.otoy.com/account/index.php?
Deactivate your license, wait 30-60 minutes, start Octane and activate.
Octane license is a floating license, you can use it on different computer but have to deactivate and reactivate.
