This topic is not 100% related to Octane, it׳s about managing textures in c4d in general. maybe one of you will open my eyes somehow.
c4d searches for textures in the MAXON folder, in the tex folder and inside of the 10 path that can be set up in the preferences. None of those are convenient enough for managing textures.

I wish to work in a relative hierarchy texture path for a project. I would like that each project has a main texture path folder than you can select. what I mean by relative hierarchy folder is that it should work in relation of where the scene is and its folder hierarchy but not the volume so if you change from one drive to another it will still work.

For example:
>Project folder
__>Assets
____>Textures
__>3D
____>c4d
_______>shot01
_______>shot02
_______>shot03
I want the file to know that it should go 2 folders backwards, then search for Assets-->Textures.
That would be my dream setup. Any suggestions?
