Hi,

I'm trying out the blender demo and I'm unable to get a live preview. (Also new to blender so could be something related to blender?)
Message I'm getting is resolution is too high. What setting do I need to change? I've changed the dimensions to NTSC 4:3, but doesn't seem to be the right setting.

Any tips would be great.
Thanks.

Hi, there are some limitation for the demo.

Maximum render resolution is 1000×600.
Render output contains water marks (Octane logo and stripes)
LiveDB access is not available.

May you have to check "Border" in Dimension setting to get preview.

Cheers, mib

I'm still having issues with this.
How can I view the live viewer in the Octane Blender demo?

The resolution is set to 720x480. I've also checked "Border" in Dimension setting.
Still the same result...

What resolution is the Octane demo referring to? Where else can I make this change?
I installed the Octane demo and I have not made any changes to the default settings.

Using Octane Blender version 2.75.
I have a license for Octane 2.23.2 Standalone.

Thanks.

Did you start OctaneServer before you started Blender?
