When using the Octane Convert Materials command, the UV space is incorrectly translated. It seems that the Pitch is being rotated by -90 internally, though that rotation does not show up in the numeric output of the UV. It is clearly rotated when viewing the UV space via Texture Mode in Cinema.

For reference, load the Washing Machine object from the Content Browser, choose the Front Panel object and the Programs material. Switch to Texture Mode. After converting the material to an Octane material, you will see that the representation of the UV space has been rotated, even though the coordinates do not reflect that rotation.

I may have been the cause of this myself. For some reason, materials applied to SubD generators do not always appear in renderings, so I have been re-assigning them to the children polyobjects. This seems to mess up the UVs enough to account for this.
