Rendered noise is quite different from digital camera one so:

The best one which i always use is the plugin version for photoshop of NeatImage,
http://www.neatimage.com/

It's quite cheap and works really well.

Yes, NeatImage its very good plug. but there is a plug Topaz Denoise :)
