HDRI Sky - convert Rot X fields to degrees ?

how does anyone relate to the numbers in the Rot X field ? i cant see what numbers like -0.029354 mean ? is there a reason why the developers have avoided using degrees which ( should ? ) be easier for most to understand ? when using the HDRI sky object, i personally would prefer to operate in degrees so how would i change that in expresso ? thanks !

here values offset as percentage of 360 degree. 1.0 means 360 degree, also 0.5 means 180 degree. You can add a user data and connect both.
